For the purpose of definition, orders on this website refer to orders where the customer has selected a service they require and paid for a package of their choice. By using our website and ordering our services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payments for our services must be made through our website. You must first create an account before you can add a service to your cart. You will then need to complete your payment via our payment page. You can make payments using either debit or credit cards, both Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Once your payment has been completed, you will see UMSS, UAE on your bank statement.

All briefs for projects will be agreed prior to any work commencing.
Clients are responsible for providing www.univerzalmarketing.com with any materials or information which the team may need to be able to provide the services which have been requested.

For the delivery of websites, we will always offer a reasonable period of bug fixing and support via email and telephone for up to 14 days after the launch of your new website. However, please be advised that any further support or requests made after this time will incur an extra charge.

For designing and developing of websites, this can take between 1week up to 8 weeks. We will however communicate this once you have placed your order.

As marketing efforts require time, effort, and resources, we do not offer refunds for completed marketing campaigns. However, if there are any major concerns or issues, please reach out to our customer support, and we will address them with utmost priority. We do offer refunds on the basis that we may have delivered the wrong product, or you wish to cancel your order. For this we ask that you contact us within 14 days of purchase so that we can cancel your order and process a full refund.
This agreement or any part of it may be terminated at any time by www.univerzalmarketing.com or you by providing written notice to the other party in writing in a reasonable time frame of 30 days.
All complaints or requests for refund must be made in writing to your project contact. We will endeavour to respond to and rectify any reasonable issues which arise quickly and promptly.
We warrant and represent to all clients that we shall perform our obligations under these terms and conditions using all reasonable care and skill.
We will not be held liable for the loss or damage suffered by you in respect of our works being carried out.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
